He posted this yesterday: Our wishes have come true. Not only did Johnny Depp attend a performance of Edward Scissorhands in LA and meet with the cast backstage, but I've got the photos to prove it. (original link expired, see herestoyou's post below) Through the grapevine I've also heard that he loved the show and stayed after with the cast for an hour. The following day (New Years Eve) he sent a crate of Pink Champagne for the cast! They seem to have kept their cool meeting Mr. Depp, which is more than I could say for myself had I been there. Tonight is the last night for the Scissorhands company in Charlotte. They move on to and will open on the 12th. Weather forecast - near 50� with showers. No snow! Always a threat this time of year in PA. P.S. Advanced Member Group: Members Posts: 47 Member No.: 8,241 Joined: 18-August 09	I was lucky enough to see the ballet in UK...and it was done very nicely... the romantic dance at the end between the two, where he could only hug close but not caress with his hands was sooo touching...and at the very end, as he carves the ice angel, the front stalls were showered with 'snow', making us feel entirely part of the experience... I wailed like a baby ... I can definately say it was different, but worth every penny of the ticket price.

Advanced Member Group: Members Posts: 47 Member No.: 8,241 Joined: 18-August 09	thank you very much, it was unexpectedly moving... his plight... the make up and costume were so convincing, that even though you knew of course that it was some dancer and not Johnny, duh!! , you still related each scene back to the original movie in your head. I am afraid that Edward, and the ending also of FN are 2 that never fail to get me reaching for the kleenex...
