Karen!
I hope you're all hungry for the facial stylings of Captain Jack Sparrow, When I'm through with Tom Petty and Dark Shadows, I'll begin making gifs from Dead Man's Chest, then At World's End (it won't be long!) Then I may do The Corpse Bride if you like and Merry K will be nice enough to loan me some dvd's I don't have then I'll be all caught up. What will I do then??

"Runnin' Down a Dream", the documentary film, was really great, but for me, disc 3 is the one- the concert is so worth the $25 price tag. Watching them perform and interact with each other is what does it for me. Tom's jawline is gone, but he is still the same awesome showman and sexy senior citizen what I know and love. yes I'm a rock and roll fangirl, but I'm not sure if I'd have known about the DVD if it weren't for the Depp forums, so . To (paraphrase) quote Fairuza Balk's groupie in "Almost Famous"~

I loved this little smile that Mike Campbell gives to Tom.

Arnelle thanks for that info! I'm not a big TPetty fan, but I'm recording the doc.(My husband's a big fan) It's airing on Sundance 10/29. I'll be sure to go to that particular part you mentioned. Thanks for the bit of Johnny's interview---everything about that is great from his look to his smile!
GREAT DS moment you captured there----can't wait to see Johnny do this on film!
When I first saw that bit from CB on the extras, it was look at that T-shirt!-lol

Arnelle love your latest additions. One of the best parts of the DMC DVD were those bits with Johnny/Ve.
Hubby and I finally finished watching the TPetty doc, and I was surprised he had written/recorded so many songs that I enjoyed---guess I was more of a TP fan than I thought-lol! That was a very interesting documentary.
