Mrs. Eloise Dujong! What a survivor character! What did she add to the story and to the three "heros" of the story? Do you think we might see more of her in the sequel?

I do think we may see more of her in the sequels--I hope so. Another female who has been wronged, and so finds her inner strength, and I dare say, though Miss Temple was wary of her initially (and maybe a bit jealous), they may well become good friends. What did she add? For me - liked the introduction of a love interest for Dr. Svenson, and a possible rival for Miss Temple.

I was sort of impartial to her.
Personally, I'm drawing alot of comparsons between this book's charachters, and Shantaram's charachters. (The bad lady the good lady's friend, lead female, etc...have sort of similarities, IMO ) I keep thinking that oh...this person is the same type as that person in Shantaram. Generally speaking that is. But the story line and goals are different of course.
