That was a really great insight into exactly what a producer is supposed to do! Thanks Donna for posting it, I really liked the bit about Tim pacing on set, and them putting a pedometer on him.

Before too many people are on board. And sometimes? Yup, and those who worked behind the scenes to make the project happen. Not just people who showed up at the last minute with a check.
