My Auntie called with the news.....this is all I could find. I think it belongs here till we know more, I hope it's true!

Johnny Depp to marry Vanessa Paradis
Hollywood hunk Johnny Depp is set to marry longtime love Vanessa Paradis on June 14, it has been claimed.
The pair — who have been together for 10 years and have two children, eight-year-old Lily-Rose and six-year-old Jack — have always insisted they don’t feel the need to make their relationship official, but French singer Vanessa is now keen to walk down the aisle.
The Pirates of The Caribbean actor — who was married to makeup artist Lori Anne Allison in the 80s — has previously said of his relationship with Vanessa, “For all intents and purposes, we are married,” adding that, “if [Vanessa] ever said, ‘Hey, let’s get hitched,’ I would do it in a second.”
A source close to the couple said: “Vanessa recently told Johnny that she would love to have a wedding.
“Johnny loves Vanessa very much, and he said if that’s what would make her happy, then he’d marry her.”
The summer wedding will be a low-key family affair. The couple’s children “are really excited about it,” the insider tells Life and Style magazine. “Actually the whole family is excited.
“They wanted to make it convenient for Johnny’s family in Florida,” so the wedding will likely take place in Georgia’s Tybee Island, according to the source. “They’re going to send out invitations in a few weeks.” |

I'll believe it when I see it, or when we get the official notification. I am losing track of how many times this rumour has appeared. :lol:

....And why Tybee Island? I'm sure it's beautiful and all, but I liked the rumor of the gypsy wedding better! :lol:

I was JUST at the grocery store and I saw the headline on Life & Style magazine.
It's incredible how this rumor never goes away! You really have to wonder who their sources and "insiders" are.
Regardless...good for Johnny and Vanessa...and I predict another wedding rumor in 2 months when magazines have nothing else to write about! ;)

This very same rumor with some of the same exact wording has been floating around for over a year now. IF he ever marries it won't be announced a head of time.
