Hmm, that is interesting---were they only filming one day in Aurora? Also, what about the bank in Racine? or Milwaukee? Either way, I would imagine OKosh will be quite the scene........

This whole evolution of the shooting schedule has been fascinating to watch. At the beginning they were planning to do most of the filming in Chicago with a smaller portion in Wisconsin. Slowly but surely it feels like Wisconsin is taking over the schedule. They've only been in the Chicago area for 1 1/2 weeks. According to what's been said in Aurora they won't be back in Chicago until late May or early June. They've got the rest of April pretty solidly booked in Wisconsin and that's without dates for Milwaukee and Madison. It sounds very possible that part of May will be in the badger state as well. Then there's Atlanta, Florida, Antelope Valley (I wonder if they mean the hangers/soundstages at Palmdale or will AV stand in for Tucson?). Very interesting.

On Flickr, Barb74722 posted some great pics of the Milwaukee Historical Center where the 'Racine' bank robbery is due to be filmed. From what has been posted, just the interior is expected to be used. Too bad as the outside is gorgeous. You can find the pics here:

Really good questions Donna, adding to what Fan's said, here's what we think we know about Oshkosh;

**Notice of street closures went out for April 10

**There's been extensive reconstruction there, and that reportedly the First National Bank building is being used to fill in for the Security National Bank and Trust of Sioux Falls, South Dakota

**The eye witness reports say that thousands of people stood around, amused, watching the bank robbery take place, thinking it was a scene from a movie as that's what Van Meter told them all the day before

Since the cast filmed over the weekend, I wonder if they are getting a day or two off? I think the Paramount filming was only one day. My best guess has always been that they filmed the interior of the Paramount as the interior of the Biograpg and will come back to Chicago later in the shoot, when the weather is warmer to get the outside "death" scenes. It was an incredibly hot day and they need warmer weather for those scenes. ;)

Karen, I hope they're getting a few days off. Jack's 6th birthday is Wednesday and I'm sure his loving papa would do cartwheels to get there!

Jumping in here to answer, I haven't heard a thing, but these are the places where casting calls were held.

That's one reason Fan, that I thought the start date of the 10th was interesting. I still can't believe that Jack will be 6!

Yes, it would be nice to have a couple days off for little Jack's birthday---guess we'll know from all the "actiivity" that will be going on in areas. Maybe they're finishing up today.......

These are the way things go in this business. I believe the reason they stayed so long in Aurora was that they had to get the scenes in one day.

We've never had this kind of detailed access to what's happening on the sets on a daily basis. With AWE and DMC news got out about problems with set pieces etc, but generally we've never known on a day by day basis what was happening. Now we are getting a better understanding of how and why films get behind schedule and how plans are constantly being changed and rescheduled.

Yes..Ex sister-in-law and I plan to be in Oshkosh April 17 and spending the night there. Looks like everyone is getting really excited. I hope we can get somewhere remotely close to the filming location as I am only 5 ft tall and it's always so hard for me to see through a crowd. I'm not very good at climbing! Wish me luck :crossfingers

At least in Columbus, people were usually pretty nice about letting people that were shorter go in front and the 6 footers in the back so you should be ok.
