Ok, so now that I've finally written up to the point of actually seeing Johnny, I thought I would make sure I share it with you all since everyone seems to love hearing Johnny encounters as much as I do. I have the entire first day of my Crown Point trip spread over four posts on my blog, so feel free to read them all or if you just want to read about my first encounter with Johnny, read the Day which will live in infamy one.

This was an awesome read! Thanks for sharing with us, Tessa. I too have been through everything you have described to spend that one brief, magical moment with Johnny. For the most part, the fans are usually considerate, but you do get that one or two (or group) of people that ruin it for others (it was horrible at the Disneyland AWE premiere). Thank goodness that wonderful man was so gracious to let you and your friends in closer. No sleep, no food, the boredom, the heat, the cold, the sitting, the standing...all worth it, huh? I'm so happy it all worked out for you!

Tessa - Loved your blog and just cracked up reading about the I-75 Giant Touchdown Jesus. I'm from Cincinnati and I can't tell you how often the girls at work and I laugh about that statue, although they call it the Big Butter Jesus. We were just talking about it again last week. Tessa, I LOVE your blog! You were keeping me on the edge of my seat during the whole read. I can totally relate to how you were feeling. Congrats girl!!!

It takes quite a bit to get to meet him but for the few brief moments it happens, it is so worth it!!! And as we know he enjoys meeting his fans as much as we enjoy meeting him!!

Karen I TOTALLY understand. Even if it's just a quick wave from his car or a crowd meeting w/ the hugs, kisses ect. I ALWAYS get all tery eyed as well.

This is my theory, he's Johnny Depp, so why not!

I am sorry that there were some people who were less than friendly....not all people have a heart like Johnny. Its a shame really. I wish more people were as kind and he is.

Oh, It's fantastic!!! I even have not known his in person. And I think that it's very difficult, because Johnny don't come to Spain. If you know something of this, warn me, please :)
