We will have to hold Tom to this one if he should win an Oscar. He could go right over and hand it to Johnny and then make the comment that "this should be the man who walks out of here holding this statue." Would love to see that.

I really like Tom Hanks---didn't think he was right for the part in CWWar, but I've enjoyed many of his films. How sweet of him to say that about Johnny. I know his wife was at the ST LA premiere, so she probably filled him in on Johnny's performance! :)

Perhaps Tom Hanks would like to direct Johnny or act ina film with him. I bet they'd really en joy each other. Tom Hanks is supposed to be a really decent nice man.
