OK this question takes on more meaning now, that we will get to interview him. woohoo

If you had the chance to tell Mr. Salisbury something about his Sweeney Todd companion book, what would it be?

These aren't questions, there's another thread for that...what would you like to say to him regarding his book?

Mr. Salisbury: Thank you for such a great book-my favorite parts are The Prologue which revealed to me the challenges and gut-wrenching decisions that TB faced adapting a musical into a film and finally "Attend the Tale" esp. pictures of the razor blades on page 114, ST. and Mrs. L. page115, ST. sniffing the bottle of _ _ _ _ on page 121, pages 156 and 157 the purse and Mrs. L with Toby( this one breaks my heart )and finally the photos with ST and Lucy a and poor Toby-his expression makes me wonder what is next for this poor young orphan. Great job. Anne r :)

Thank you Mr. Salisbury for such a beautiful looking book as well as informative. The book is a work of art in itself. The photos are stunning and your behind the scenes information gives a whole new insight into this remarkable film. The Illustrated Story at the end was a wonderful surprise and brought back so many of memories of the film. Excellent!

I'd tell Mr. Salisbury how much I enjoy books with such lush photos and comprehensive peeks into the making of a landmark film.
I'd also thank him from the bottom of my weasly black heart.

Well done! This is quite the keepsake for me.

You're all much more eloquent than I! Well said.

Pretty much the same for me. Just thanks for a book both visually gorgeous and intelectuallly compelling!

In addition, please publish an addendum to this book which includes all of the notes and interviews that didn't make the cut Or just forward all that stuff directly to my house. I'll wade through it, no problem!
