ABC Family has a cool Halloween lineup! I may try to catch Beetlejuice.
We do our own thing for Halloween, and I think I'll have a Tim Burton weekend:
Frankenweenie, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow and The Corpse Bride.
I also MUST always watch Young Frankenstein.
Has anyone ever seen or heard of Bubba Ho-Tep? It's supremely weird. a right good quirky zombie yarn, with "Elvis"
and maybe round it off with Shaun of the Dead.
Halloween can be very amusing. ;)

I had just been thinking the other day that I'm going to have to line up all those Halloween type of Johnny movies to sit back and watch

I watched Corpse Bride twice this weekend and loved it. I'd seen it before, but forgotten how much I like it.
Finally watched all of The Nightmare Before Christmas for the first time, and then again. I have to say, all JD bias aside, I prefer Corpse Bride.
And saw Beetle Juice for the first time in 10 years or more. I love that one.
AMC has been having a nice Halloween lineup. This weekend was Hitchcock. I caught Psycho, in pieces (pardon the pun) over several airings and was able to appreciate the beauty of the filming and be less creeped out by the story than before.
Also caught The Birds, which was great as the company where I work is having a movie based theme on Halloween decorating of offices this year and that's the movie I chose. It's a natural for me since I have birds of my own. ;) It's never been a movie that scared me, but seems to bother a lot of people. There are several people at work who are completely freaked out by birds (having been attacked by wild birds) and the fact that we have an "office" parakeet (budgie) doesn't help them. I fear they won't much like all of the realistic artificial birds I'll be hanging from the ceiling of my office. :P 'Tis the season!
