I was thinking about this awhile ago: Remember back when they showed photos of the Murtaugh and Mulroy characters in pirate garb? I thought they were going to be in one of the sequels. They apparently were NOT in DMC. I haven't seen or heard anything about them in AWE either. Any one know what happened to them?

I'd look for them to appear in AWE.

I remembered seeing photos of Giles New (Murtogg) and Angus Barnett (Mullroy) from a fundraising event that the cast and crew sponsored, so I decided to track them down. Here is the site, with the story about the "Pirates of the Caribbean II & III Cast and Crew Charity Golf Scramble", held for the Grand Bahama Children's Home on February 12, 2006. Among the photos is this one of Angus and Giles at the dinner and awards party afterwards. From this, I assume they were at least filmed for PotC2 or 3 and that, since they were not in DMC, they will reappear in AWE, unless they were cut. They were such favorites in CotBP that I bet they will. At least I hope so! ;)

I thought that as well------Beckett either threatens or offers them something they can't refuse, so they decide to spy. Or, both of them can't stand Beckett and decided to turn pirtate instead. Then again, Verbinski has said that everyone in AWE ends up betraying each other during the film, so.............it will be fun to find out!

Now there's an interesting thought?!?!?!?!?
