Jeff, JDR's man inside, shared this info with me. He got this from the POTC production office. Thought you'd want to know....more details as I get them.





POTC 2 & 3 will go back to pre production in August.


POTC 2 & 3 will go back to filming in September.


Location of the shoot is to be determined.
Los Angeles, Bahamas or another location for shooting will be determined shortly.

Here are the descriptions of two POTC 2: DEAD MAN'S CHEST teasers. These are not in theaters yet and both descriptions are exclusive to JOHNNY DEPP READS.

Here's a couple of suggestion that will help you read the descriptions...



For example:

1 - Cabin in snow / "This is the story of an ordinary boy..." / Boy gets into bed / Boy looks through window from bed

** A number (1) means a new film clip or thought, so then 2 would be the next, and so on

** a slash / separates action or thought or dialog



** "This is the story...boy..." Anything inside quote marks is the dialog, voiceover or what the announcer says.





V. 1 TEASER YO HO

1 - Disney logo flashes/ Bruckheimer logo/ A child sings "A Pirates Life For Me"

I've just heard from Jeff and the latest he has heard from Disney is that they TENTATIVELY plan to show the full POTC 2 trailer in December with the movie The Chronicles of Narnia.

Before that or maybe after (still waiting for a date) that they have a series of promotional teasers that will be turning up. These are of Jerry Bruckheimer talking about the production with some scenes from it, rehearsals and brief bits with the cast and crew.

So stay tuned, please remember this is all tentative at this time and we've all learned that things change every minute. LOL Keep a sharp eye......

Edit: This info is beginning to get around at Disney and Jeff folllowed up on it for us.

As we said earlier, there is another *industry only* screening of P2 followed by a Q&A tonight. I understand that this is just the beginning of them. There will me more.



Industry screenings with Q&As are held for members of various movie industry guilds and organizations to encourage "for your consideration" chatter within the industry for awards consideration.



I've been told that we will have a report about who was there and what was said. So stay tuned.

We had been given 5 detailed descriptions of P2 trailers and posted them on 4/24/06 at 12:13 PM and within hours I was contacted by the Disney people and asked to remove them. I did.
